Arati is a development professional with over twenty years in the environment and sustainable development sector. She has worked with Oxfam, Sida, and the Embassy of Sweden, New Delhi’s Environment Office. She has worked intensely with e-mobility within the Sweden India corridor and is the author of the report "Electromobility and India, Opportunities for Engagement" Arati is also sits on the board of URBS (Urban Systems) and Pratham Sweden. Arati holds a MSc. in Natural Resource Management from SOAS, University of London and a B.A. in International Political Economy from Swarthmore College, PA, USA and the London School of Economics.

Juhi Gupta Director of Tetra Pak Juhi is the Sustainability Director for Tetra Pak South Asia, overseeing the entire South Asia region including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan. Her primarily responsibility is towards collection & recycling of used beverage cartons & driving awareness on effective plastic waste management. She was earlier leading Sustainability at PepsiCo in India, leading their water & plastic efforts. She led the community water programs focused on conservation of water resources & driving water stewardship through building institutional community models for sustainability of the programs. She also drove the plastic waste management efforts for PepsiCo in India as per the EPR obligations. Additionally, she managed the PEP Foundation programs focussed on safe drinking water access & nutrition for the underserved communities & supported the agriculture teams in driving the sustainable farming programs through building strategic multi-lateral partnerships. Prior to PepsiCo, she was leading the CSR programs for Monsanto in India working on thematic areas of education, nutrition, water & sanitation, women empowerment, & sustainable agricultural practices. She has worked with leading NGO partners like WaterAid, Smile Foundation, CARE, Akshayapatra, AFPRO, Room to Read, Habitat for Humanity, Alternative Development Initiatives (ADI), ISAP et al. She is an active member of various industry CSR/ Sustainability forums for building industry best practices & knowledge sharing. She has an experience of 19+ years managing various facets of Corporate Affairs, starting her career in Government Affairs & moving on to becoming a CSR & Sustainability practitioner. She has initiated various Public Private Partnership (PPP) programs with Governments of Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu, Jharkhand on boosting maize productivity for better economic returns for the farmers. Her Sustainability efforts at PepsiCo, in water conservation across plant communities have been recognized by ASSOCHAM as the Best Community program in water sector, in the National Conference cum Awards on Water management in 2018. She has been recognized amongst top 25 CSR professionals in the Country by a leading CSR publication in 2017. She has also been recognized amongst most influential Sustainability Leaders of India at the Sustainability Leadership Summit in 2019. She has a certification from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) for completing the programme on “Strategizing Sustainability & CSR Projects Development”.
